The Seamaster Aqua Terra range has been a success for Omega for many years and although I have seen plenty of them , I have to confess this is the first time I have owned one of these. The Reference 231.13.49.10.06.001 was only produced in limited quantities and its a watch that makes a real statement, at 49.2mm the stainless steel case is hard to miss although this is much more than just a big Seamaster, the design of the grey dial pays tribute to the Seamasters maritime with a unique teak pattern etched into its surface ,the dial is protected by scratch resistant sapphire crystal which is coated with an anti-reflective coating.

The officially certified chronometer Manual wind cal 2211 keeps perfect time and has an impressive 53-hour power reserve and can be viewed through the rear sapphire glass.
